I partner with mission-driven organizations and public agencies navigating complex change—water districts, health systems, federal agencies, affordable housing developers, and professional services firms.
Before launching my consulting practice, I spent 19 years at Kaiser Permanente, where I founded and led the Garfield Innovation Center—engaging stakeholders across disciplines to design and implement large-scale transformation. That experience taught me that successful change depends less on the brilliance of the idea and more on whether the people affected helped shape it.
I'm a quick study who gets up to speed fast on new sectors, and I adapt my approach to meet clients where they are. My background—an MBA from UC Berkeley, design training from Stanford's d.school, and a master's in public health—blends rigorous analysis with creative problem-solving.
What makes the difference is this: change that's done with people is change that sticks.
